The daily phone resolution of customer inquiries, prompt assistance, relevant product and service information, and phone-based cross-selling of different banking products to current clients are all within the purview of the phone banking officer. Gaining a complete grasp of the customer’s profile, demographics, banking habits, and portfolio is essential to achieving this. Because of this, you will also need to have a knack for seeing sales possibilities and increasing income while maintaining a focus on NPS in your work.
