Cargo Operation Role

Responsibilities:

  • Efficient handling of cargo shipments, including domestic and international cargo.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards as laid down in the company’s manual.
  • Ensure all cargo is properly packed, marked, and weighed before acceptance.
  • Ensure proper segregation and trolley makeup for flights.
  • Verify the proper documentation for both incoming and outgoing cargo.
  • Supervise the loading and unloading of cargo from aircraft, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with customs, AAI (Airports Authority of India), and CUT (Cargo Unit Terminal) operators to ensure adherence to government regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and serviceable condition of all ground support equipment.
