The Process Associate – Accounts Payable will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate processing of invoices, timely vendor payments, and seamless resolution of related queries. Educational Qualification:

Experience Required:
Freshers or candidates with relevant knowledge in Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing
Required skills:

Job Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing:
- Reviewing and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all invoice details are validated, including:Supplier information
- Purchase Order (PO) numbers
- Bank account details
- Invoice number and date.
- Vendor Query Resolution:
- Addressing and resolving vendor queries through emails, calls, or ticketing systems.
- Ensuring queries are handled within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Compliance & Audit Tasks:
- Enforcing compliance with internal financial guidelines and company policies.
- Conducting daily internal audits to ensure invoice accuracy and adherence to payment guidelines.
- Maintaining exception logs and trackers for process improvements and knowledge retention.
- Exception Handling:
- Identifying and managing exceptions in invoice processing.
- Documenting process-related issues for learning and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration with Teams:
- Following up with requisitions via calls, emails, or tickets to resolve pending invoices.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely payments.
- Reporting:
- Maintaining trackers for processed invoices, unresolved issues, and exceptions.
- Ensuring reporting accuracy for operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualification:
- Prior Experience: Candidates with previous exposure to Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, or ERP systems will have an advantage.
- Familiarity with sales support processes or cost model creation will also be valued.
Salary:
